Breast Enlargement Food – Diets To Increase Your Breast Size

Friday, October 2nd, 2009

woman-eat-vegetablesThere’s actually a simple way to increase the size of your breasts, just from eating the right type of food. I’ve spent 10 years studying this in my spare time, and I’ve been able to put together a list of the goods & diets which you can use to add as much a 1-2 cups to your breasts. Here’s what you need to eat…

Before I reveal the foods & diets you should be using to increase your breast size, I must first point out that the trick to making your breasts bigger is to ingest more Estrogen into your body. Estrogen is the natural hormone which tells your body to grow breasts when you go through puberty, and is cut off when puberty ends. If your breasts aren’t how you’d like them to be, you can recreate the levels of Estrogen in your body, to make them grow again, by eating certain foods, as detailed below:

1. Flax Seeds
Flax seeds are not in the typical Western Diet, but are one of the best types of food for making your breasts bigger naturally. They contain a lot of phytoestrogens (literally meaning ‘Plant Estrogen’) which gives your body the crucial Estrogen it needs to grow your breasts. This food is rich with the hormone, making it perfect for what you want. Also, it contains a huge amount of fibre, which actually works to get rid of all the toxins and left-over hormones inside your body, giving you a balanced and healthy condition for your breasts to grow.

2. Green Vegetables And Fruits
These foods aren’t as powerful as flax for making your boobs grow, but they do help a lot. Make sure you eat some in the morning and evening before you go to bed, to make sure they will add as much size and fullness as possible to your bust.

3. Whole Grains, Legumes & Cereals
These also don’t have a huge impact on your breast size, but do help a lot. They have a huge fibre content, allowing them to wash out any toxins or hormones left in your body. But not only that, they also help keep your breasts healthy, which is essential to making them grow bigger.

Breast Enlargement Pills

Tuesday, September 29th, 2009

breast2Many women choose breast enlargement pills as an alternative of surgery for breast size enlargement. Pills are considered an easy and not so expensive mean of breast enhancement.

Key ingredients of breast enlargement pills are phytoestogens, a non-hormonal plant estrogen, which supports the growth of new breast tissues. Cosmetic companies that produce such pills explain that they stimulate estrogen production in the breasts and thus they help for breast enlargement.

Usually pills are made of seven ingredients, among which are fenugreek, don quai, saw palmetto, wild yam, blessed thistle, and damiana. This herbal combination adjusts the hormone levels and help for the growth of the breasts. According to cosmetic companies, one can have visible results after just a couple of weeks. The companies also claim that continuous intake of pills for a period of 3-6 months will result in increase by 1 or 2 sizes.

Some studies, however, claim that these pills are not only inefficient, but that they are even dangerous. Actually, no researches on the way they work have been published in the medical journals, thought cosmetic companies assert so.

Numerous researches prove that the ingredients of the breast enhancement pills interfere with some medicines. For example, fenugreek interferes with blood clotting medicines, and the chaste-tree interferes with bird-control medicines. One of the ingredients, don quai, is known to be carcinogenic.

Breast enlargement pills are sold as herbal supplements and Food and Drug Administrations do not monitor and control their quality, safety and efficiency. It is recommended that one finds more information about the herbs and ingredients used in the pills, before they start taking them. It is also important to get familiar with the possible side effects and undesired complication that can result from the consummation of the pills.

Why There Are Different Breast Sizes And Shapes? How Breasts Develop?

Saturday, September 26th, 2009

size-breastWhy every woman has a unique breast? Why yours are small and your neighbor’s huge?

The breast size, shape and firmness depend on many factors. One of which is your genealogy, or the genes factor. But why then your mother, grandmas and everyone in your family has nice breast, except of you?

The answer might be hidden in the development process of breast tissues. Every girl goes through this, but there is no fixed age. In some, growth might be visible when they are just 9y.o. but in others, breasts might start forming as late as 14. Breast development is the first indication of puberty. At this time the girl’s body produces specific female hormone – estrogen. When the girl gets her period, the body starts producing another essential hormone for breast growth – progesterone.

The process of breast development usually lasts for three to ten years, and is fully completed at the age of 20. At this age your breast must have reached your inheritable growth potential, must be well shaped and firm, unless the development process has not been stunted by some reason.

This might happen because if innutrition, obsessive exercise or dieting during puberty years. If you’ve lived a healthy life while your breasts were forming, you should now have well shaped and firm breasts and no worries.

Still, your breasts might change after they have reached full maturity, because of outside or environmental factors, weight loss, unhealthy lifestyle and pregnancy.

The size of breasts depends mainly on the estrogen and progesterone levels during teen years as well as the genes of every woman.

Breast contain mostly fat, that’s why when you lose weight, your breast might become smaller or even saggy. But if you gain weight you can’t be sure that they will grow, because fat might be deposited on other areas like waist, but not on your breasts.

During pregnancy there is significant breast enlargement because of milk gland and ducts growth. While breastfeeding your breasts become even larger because of the milk inside. However after weaning, because of atrophying of the milk glands, breasts become smaller than before pregnancy. At this stage the body usually (but not always) starts depositing fat into the breasts again, until they reach their previous size.

You see, there are many reasons why every woman’s breast is different and unique. If you are not satisfied from your breast size, you can enlarge them by using nothing more than herbs. It will cost you nothing, because there is a money back guarantee. Try Breast Success – a natural supplement for breast enlargement that also shapes your breast and work on their firmness.

What Is Breast Enlargement Surgery?

Saturday, September 26th, 2009

breast_surgeryBreast Enlargement Surgery, also known as Breast Augmentation, is a surgery used for augmentation of the breasts’ size. For this purpose a medical implant is used; it is inserted into the breast through a cut, made under the breasts. This implant may be silicone with saline or a silicone gel. Nowadays, many women decide to undertake a breast enlargement surgery.

Breast enhancement surgery is usually performed in the following cases: to increase the breast size, to improve the shape and contours of the breasts, to restore their size after pregnancy or weight loss, after a mastectomy, or to make the breasts proportional.

Breast implants made of saline solution are usually used in the surgical augmentation. They are preferred because the body assimilates the saline solution safely in case of leaks or other damages. The procedure begins with a cut, made under the breast’s bottom crease or along the lower edge of the areola. Then, the implant is inserted through the cut, it is put under the breast tissue, and it is adjusted so that it takes the right position and the required shape. The surgery ends with the closure of the cut with stitches. According to some surgeons the implant should be placed under the chest muscle because this may decrease the risk of Capsular Contracture, a condition defined as hardening of the tissue around the implant. It will also make easier the mammography procedures.

Breast enhancement surgery usually takes 1-2 hours and is performed as an outpatient procedure. Normally, general anesthesia is used but in some cases may be used an epidural anesthesia. After the surgery the stitches are covered with gauze and the breasts are supported by a special bra. The stitches are usually removed after 10 to 14 days. The bandage should be kept dry for the time it is worn.

After the surgery patients may experience a discomfort expressed in bruising, swelling or soreness but special medications can reduce these side effects. Most women feel ready to continue their normal life and routine a few days after the surgery. The scars from the procedure usually disappear after a few months.

A woman may undertake a breast enhancement surgery on condition that she is aged 18 or more, she is not pregnant and she has no medical problems. Some insurance companies may cover the cost of breast enlargement surgery made for medical reasons, for example breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery.

Surveys show that most of the women who have a breast augmentation will undertake at least one more breast enhancement surgery in their lives. According to the results of the surveys, most of the women who have breast enlargement surgery are happy with the results.
